What I do

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is also part of life and the mourning process.  Everyone experiences it differently and there is a different story, situation, or moment behind it. Sometimes it is hard to talk about your grief and it is possible that you may be feeling that you are a burden to people or misunderstood.

Grief comes in many forms and there are 5 main stages comes in no particular order (described by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross):

    1. Denial and isolation
    2. Anger
    3. Bargaining
    4. Depression
    5. Acceptance

So the therapy I apply is Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and I help you overcome these stages of grief of grief to stage 5: complete acceptance to start living in the present. Meditation is part of it, which can help you, especially with anxiety and panic attacks

If you need help with coping with your grief or a big change in your life, feel alone or very angry, have sleeping problems and want to enjoy life more again; I can help with your recovery.

¨Studies have found regular meditation  increases the protein BDNF in the brain and improves cellular health, reduces the rate of aging within cells, and a reduction of grey matter decay in the brain making it possible for higher neuroplasticity over longer periods of time.¨
