A year after the death of my stepfather, which coincided with a miscarriage I found myself still lost in the mourning process. Surviving and running had become my strategy: don't think but just keep going. As a result of which very little really came to my mind and the world passed me by. A lot of people around me, and yet only in my head with a great loss/pity.
Coach Ingrid brought me back to my true self in a few sessions and break through this block. I will never forget the moment that after a year, whilst out cycling, the world suddenly shone brighter again. A clear blue sky, beautiful autumn colours on the trees. I’m living in the here and now and life still has so much beauty to offer me! It has been an intensely beautiful experience bringing pure happiness, which has also brought out much needed emotion... I hadn't felt a lot of pain because of my survival strategy, but also no happiness...
I recommend Coach Ingrid for those who are stuck in their sadness and for those who want to live life to the fullest again in spite of a great loss. She does not simply focus simply on the grief but helps you to learn to live with it by making you aware of yourself and the here and now. Furthermore she a super sweet understanding woman with the necessary life experience! Thank you dear Ingrid for guiding me through this and showing me the way back to myself!

Ingrid Cornelissen helped me a lot after losing two close family members in a short period of time. She is empathic, a good listener and never judges you. She encouraged me to look at the small good things in life while dealing with my grief.
Due to her own grief experiences and life experience, I think she is a very good coach who will be able to help others like me, a lot. I can strongly recommend her.

I've been, thankfully, touched little by the loss of a loved one. The few funerals I've attended, have been, almost joyous affairs, a celebration of a life. But when we lost our step father last year, I felt huge grief. It magnified so many issues and I felt like I lost my mum a bit. It's been hard to know what to say and put myself in her place at times, truly understand.
The fact that we live in different countries makes it harder. Time with Ingrid has helped contextualize many things and open my heart and address fears. I've been lucky so far to have lost so few, but I know, as years pass, that will change. There are some things we can not fathom for ourselves. We will grieve.
One thing that sets my mind at peace a little, is that I know I have a very rational, professional, kind and truly empathetic person to turn to when these times occur and this sets my mind at ease. Thank you Ingrid for being you, I couldn't imagine a better person to turn to in such times

Coach Ingrid has helped me very much after the passing of my husband with the loss and my mourning period.
She also supported me when I had health problems and took a lot of time to listen to me, to give me peace of mind and she is empathetic.
Ingrid is highly recommended as grief recovery coach for people who need help with the grieving process and want to enjoy life again.
